Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you can expect to receive the same product that you see in the picture. We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions to ensure that you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view your sales receipt in the "Order History" section of your account dashboard. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the "Order History" tab, and you will be able to access and view your sales receipts for past purchases. How can I return an item?
To return an item, any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed our error will be covered at our expense. If there is an issue with the product, please submit a problem report. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility, and unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient address, reshipment costs will be your responsibility. Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods like face masks for health reasons. Returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted, except for customers in Brazil who must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt for evaluation. Printful reserves the right to refuse returns for customized or unsealed goods. This policy is governed by English language interpretation. For more information, refer to our FAQs.
Where can I ship my order?
You can ship your order to any valid shipping address worldwide. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter the shipping address where you would like your order to be delivered. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with the delivery of your order. If you have any specific shipping preferences or instructions, you can also include them during the checkout process or contact customer support for assistance.
We don’t ship to the following destinations:
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
